PUERTO VALLARTA HOUSE RENTAL ANNOUNCES....Bienvenidos a Villa Encanto! Over the years, our family has been coming to Bucerias to enjoy Villa Encanto like its many guests. The beautiful people, ocean, and surrounding is so intoxicating that in 2005 we decided to purchase this House.

Since then, we have been working diligently to get the House ready for your stay. Many improvements and changes have been made that will reflect the classic Spanish hacienda feel while incorporating some modern comforts. Our spectacular Puerto Vallarta/Bucerias House rental is exquisite in every detail. For those past guests, you will notice new Spanish tile flooring in the main living room as well as the downstairs master bedroom. New energy efficient dual pane windows and doors. Additionally, you will find new furnishings, king beds in all 7 bedrooms, new beddings, draperies, artwork, lighting and a state of the art air conditioning system throughout. Most importantly, we created a media room in the basement where you will be able to enjoy a 42” widescreen HDTV, DVD/VCR combo, connected to “SKY” satellite service as well as a large collection of DVDs for the entire family. For those who just can’t get away from the office, we installed a DSL line, a HP multi function fax/printer/scanner and a Vonage internet line for all of your long distant calls to the US or Canada.- for FREE!
